We will respond to your order within 48 hours. If the item is in stock, we will send you a confirmation email (Invoice and bank account details) and we will reserve the piece for you. We work on first come first served basis.
Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
We will take legal actions against fraud cases.
Payment Details :
For local buyers, we accept:
- Internet bank transfer to DBS/UOB accounts
- ATM transfer to DBS/UOB accounts (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose)
Payment should be made within 24 hours.
For internet banking, please email us which account you have used, the amount transferred and the transaction reference number.
For ATM transfers, please email us a photo of ATM transfer receipt. In the email, please state clearly, the date & time of transfer, the transaction reference number and the amount transferred.
All products are handmade in Sweden and require time to be manufactured and delivered. You should receive an email once your items have been dispatched from Sweden. The typical timeline from placement of orders to you receiving your items in Singapore is about 3 weeks.
